Wood Effect Ramp Bar - Self Adhesive Vinyl Range

A wood effect ramp bar covers doorways where one hard floor sits higher than the other. The tapered profile bridges the height gap and creates a safe, trip-free transition between the two surfaces. Furthermore, no fixing track, no screws, and no drilling are needed. Simply peel the backing and press the bar firmly into place. This range handles height differences from 3mm up to 12mm.

When to Use a Self Adhesive Ramp Bar

This profile is the right choice where one floor in a doorway sits higher than the other by between 3mm and 12mm. The self-adhesive backing bonds directly to the hard floor on both sides of the join. As a result, the base must be clean, dry, and free of dust before fitting to get a reliable bond. If both floors sit at the same height, a flat bar is the correct choice instead.

Where a hard floor meets carpet, a Z-bar can be fixed down first to grip the carpet edge. The ramp bar then sticks on top of the Z-bar, giving a wood effect finish across the transition. Please note - do not stick the ramp bar directly onto carpet, as the adhesive will not bond to a soft surface.
