Furthermore, no fixing track, no screws, and no drilling are needed. Simply peel the backing and press firmly into place.

When to Use a Self Adhesive Flat Bar

This profile is the right choice where both floors in a doorway sit at the same height or within a couple of millimetres of each other. The self-adhesive backing bonds directly to the hard floor surface on both sides of the join. As a result, the base must be clean, dry, and free of dust or debris before fitting to get a reliable bond. However, if there is a height difference between the two floors, a ramp bar is the correct choice instead.
