Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be sent out the same day. All other orders will be processed the next working day*. Please allow up to 72 hours for delivery.
Same-Day Dispatch: Orders paid before 12:00pm (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched on the same day.
Late Orders: Orders placed after 12:00pm or during Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and third-party courier details.
Delivery Windows: Deliveries are made between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to give a specific time.

Location: We only deliver to the British Mainland. An additional fee may apply for Scotland and the Scottish Highlands. The Scottish Highlands operate on a 3-day delivery service.
Access Issues: If your delivery address has restricted access or any other delivery issues, please notify us at the time of purchase by calling 01803 416410.
Damaged Items: Please check your parcels are in good condition before signing. We can only offer replacements if the original delivery is signed for as damaged or is refused.
Re-deliveries: If you are unable to accept delivery on the specified date, any subsequent delivery attempts will be subject to an additional charge.
Liability: While we make every effort to meet delivery dates, we cannot accept liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
