Scotia Beading is the trim that covers the expansion gap left between the edge of a floating floor and the skirting board. Every floating floor – laminate, click vinyl/LVT, engineered wood – needs room to move with changes in temperature and humidity. Scotia Beading is the neat way to hide that gap and give the room a clean, finished look.

We stock laminate Scotia Beading in 22 colours – covering oak, grey and white tones to complement popular laminate floor ranges. All profiles are 15mm x 15mm in 2.4m lengths.

One of the most searched flooring accessories UK fitters reach for at the end of every laminate installation. Pin into the skirting board at 45 degrees using a pin gun. Do not pin into the floor – that locks the boards and causes buckling.
