All-in-All supplies the trade and the public via our website. We have a solution to all your accessories requirements. With over 30 years of experience in flooring, All-In-All Flooring Accessories know the flooring accessory market like no other company.

You can place orders through our website or by calling us on 01392 537800. For trade enquiries please apply for an online trade or wholesale account.

All orders must be paid for at the time of ordering. If you opt for the Bank transfer payment method then payment must be made within 24 hours of ordering. If payment is not made within 24 hours the order will automatically be cancelled. We do not offer credit accounts. Once paid, you will get a confirmation email from the website and we will start processing your order. Once your goods have been packed and shipped you will then receive a further email with your tracking details.

Orders placed before 12:00pm on weekdays will be sent out that day on an overnight delivery. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. This excludes all pallet deals. All pallet orders will be dispatched on a 3-5 working day delivery service. Kerbside delivery only.

Any damaged deliveries need to be either signed for as damaged or refused due to damages and the driver’s paperwork signed accordingly. We are unable to send any replacements if the original delivery has been signed for as ‘delivered in good condition.’

Note: Due to Brexit, unfortunately, we will not be able to ship goods to Northern Ireland. Please call or email us for any further details / information.

Order Cancellation & Exchanges

An order can be cancelled or exchanged with no reason given by email or written notification up to 14 days after delivery. The goods must then be returned within 14 days of notification being received. Any cancellations or exchanges returned after dispatch are subject to carriage being paid by the purchaser back to the original point of departure. The cost of carriage of a cancelled order is the responsibility of the purchaser.
