These are the terms and conditions on which All-In-All Flooring Accessories supply goods to you, covering sales made through this website and by telephone. Please read them before placing your order. If you have any queries, call us on 01803 416410 or email sales@aiafa.co.uk.

You can place orders through our website or by calling us on 01803 416410. For trade enquiries please apply for an online trade or wholesale account.
All orders must be paid for at the time of ordering. If you opt for the Bank transfer payment method then payment must be made within 24 hours of ordering. If payment is not made within 24 hours the order will automatically be cancelled. We do not offer credit accounts. Once paid, you will get a confirmation email from the website and we will start processing your order. Once your goods have been packed and shipped you will then receive a further email with your tracking details.
Orders placed before 12:00pm on weekdays will be sent out that day on an overnight delivery. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. This excludes all pallet deals. All pallet orders will be dispatched on a 3-5 working day delivery service. Kerbside delivery only.
Any damaged deliveries need to be either signed for as damaged or refused due to damages and the driver’s paperwork signed accordingly. We are unable to send any replacements if the original delivery has been signed for as ‘delivered in good condition.’
If your order is confirmed as delivered by our courier but you have not received it, you must notify us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. This allows us to investigate and escalate with the courier while the claim is still valid on their side. Where we are satisfied that the goods were not delivered to you, or were delivered to an incorrect address, we will arrange a replacement or refund without requiring you to wait for the outcome of our own claim with the courier. We are unable to offer a replacement or refund for non-delivery reported outside this 7 day window.
Trade and Business Customers: Where you are purchasing as a business rather than as a consumer, your contract with us is governed by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 rather than consumer protection legislation. This policy operates alongside, and does not remove, any rights you have under that Act.

You have the right to cancel or exchange your order. To do so, please inform us by email or written notification within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once you have notified us of your intention to cancel or exchange, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
If an original order qualifies for Free Delivery but part or all of the order is subsequently returned with the customer retaining an amount that would not have qualified for Free Delivery the original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund.
Return Carriage Costs: For all cancellations or exchanges where the goods have already been dispatched, the purchaser is solely responsible for arranging and paying for the return carriage of the items back to our original dispatch location. These return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Furthermore, in the case of an exchange, the purchaser will also be responsible for the shipping costs incurred to send the new (exchanged) item out to them.
