A: The most common flooring accessories that UK fitters and DIY customers need are door bars, stair nosings, scotia beading and pipe covers. Door bars cover the join between two floors at a doorway. Stair nosings protect the front edge of each step. Scotia beading covers the expansion gap at the skirting board around a room. Pipe covers give a neat finish around radiator pipes coming up through the floor.
A: We stock laminate door bars, solid oak door bars, waterproof click vinyl/LVT door bars, self-adhesive door bars and tile effect door bars. We have over 1,000 options covering almost every floor type and height difference.
A: Yes – a trade account is free to open and gives you discounted prices on the full range from the moment you log in. No minimum order. Same day dispatch on orders before 12pm.
A: We stock accessories that colour match to Karndean, Amtico, Quick-Step, Kronotex, Moduleo and more. Use our Brand Match page to search by brand. If you can’t find a close enough match online, post us a small offcut of your flooring to Molly or Sean at our Paignton depot and we’ll photograph the closest match from our full range and email it back to you the same day. The colour matching service is free.
A: Yes – our Paignton depot on Manor Avenue is open to trade and public customers Monday to Friday. You can walk in, see colours in person and take your order away the same day. No appointment needed.
