The Caramel finish is a bright, warm tone sitting between orange-gold and yellow, with a strong caramel character and clearly visible grain. Vibrant and eye-catching rather than subtle, it works naturally alongside floors with a warm golden or caramel finish and suits interiors where a bold, warm character is needed. No fixing track, no screws, no drilling. Simply peel the backing, press the bar firmly into place, and the fitting takes seconds. This listing also covers both 0.9m and 2.7m lengths.
This bar suits hard floors where both surfaces in a doorway meet at the same height or within a couple of millimetres of each other. The flat profile sits directly across the join and the self-adhesive backing bonds to the hard floor surface beneath. Before fitting, the base must be clean, dry, and flat. As a result, any dust or debris under the bar will reduce the bond. If the floors sit at different heights, the SA89 ramp bar comes in the same caramel finish and covers both lengths.
Overall, fitting is straightforward. Measure the doorway and cut the bar to length using a chopsaw or hacksaw. Then clean the floor surface where the bar will sit and remove the protective backing strip. Press the bar firmly down along its full length. Hold steady pressure for a few seconds to let the adhesive bond. Finally, keep foot traffic off the bar for a short time after fitting to let the bond settle fully. No specialist tools, no drilling, no screws, and no track needed.
