The Hever Oak Waterproof Stair Nosing suits LVT and click vinyl floors on stairs. A warm mid-brown finish with a heavily textured open grain, strong tonal variation and a rustic aged character. 55mm wide, 18mm total height, 100% waterproof WPC core. 2.2m only. Glue and pin for a secure fix on stairs. Note: Hever Oak H08 uses the same colour vinyl as Battersea Oak CSPC801 – if your bar arrives with that code don’t panic, it is the correct product.

The Hever Oak Waterproof Nosing suits LVT and click vinyl floors on stairs. It caps the front edge of each tread, protecting the most vulnerable part of the stair from wear and impact. A heavily textured, open grain structure runs across the face with strong tonal variation throughout. Lighter and darker areas blend through the surface with pronounced grain lines and a rustic, aged character. At 55mm wide and 3.8mm above the tread surface, the profile measures 18mm in total height. Overall, a 100% waterproof WPC core runs through the full depth of the profile.
This WPC stair nosing suits staircases in hallways, entrance areas and utility spaces across the UK. In particular, aged and rustic oak LVT stairs are a popular choice in UK renovations and period properties, making Hever Oak a practical match for a wide range of staircase installations. Each piece protects the front tread edge from wear while keeping the stair edge clearly visible underfoot. The 100% waterproof WPC core suits staircases where moisture is a regular factor. Specifically, the laminate stair nosing range offers the same profile style in a different material. If the tread edge needs wrapping over and down the riser face, the L-shape profile suits instead.
Use a chopsaw or jigsaw to cut the waterproof nosing to length. The fixing track is included in the pack, however for stairs, bonding and pinning gives a more secure fix. Apply a strong adhesive to the tread and press the nosing firmly into position. Additionally, pin through the bar while the adhesive sets to hold it in place.
H08 comes in 2.2m only. Typically you’ll get two standard stair treads out of one 2.2m length. Meanwhile, the full waterproof vinyl stair nosing range covers over 60 colours if Hever Oak is not the right match. Furthermore, if a nosing that wraps over the tread and down the riser face is needed, the L-shape profile handles it instead.
