The Woburn Sand Waterproof Stair Nosing suits LVT and click vinyl floors on stairs. A warm creamy-sand finish with a flowing, swirly dark grain that varies across the face. 55mm wide, 18mm total height, 100% waterproof WPC core. 2.2m only. Glue and pin for a secure fix on stairs. Note: Woburn Sand H05 uses the same colour vinyl as Dulwich Silk P301 – if your bar arrives with that code don’t panic, it is the correct product.

The Woburn Sand Waterproof Nosing suits LVT and click vinyl floors on stairs. It caps the front edge of each tread, protecting the most vulnerable part of the stair from wear and impact. A flowing, irregular dark grain runs through the face with a swirly, organic quality. The surface varies noticeably across the face, with some areas reading almost plain cream while darker grain streaks are more concentrated in others. At 55mm wide and 3.8mm above the tread surface, the profile measures 18mm in total height. Overall, a 100% waterproof WPC core runs through the full depth of the profile.
This WPC stair nosing suits staircases in hallways, entrance areas and utility spaces across the UK. In particular, warm sandy and limed oak LVT stairs are a popular choice in UK new builds and renovations, making Woburn Sand a practical match for a wide range of staircase installations. Each piece protects the front tread edge from wear while keeping the stair edge clearly visible underfoot. The 100% waterproof WPC core suits staircases where moisture is a regular factor. Specifically, the wood effect self-adhesive door bars cover a similar colour range for doorway thresholds. If the tread edge needs wrapping over and down the riser face, the L-shape profile suits instead.
Use a chopsaw or jigsaw to cut the waterproof nosing to length. The fixing track is included in the pack, however for stairs, bonding and pinning gives a more secure fix. Apply a strong adhesive to the tread and press the nosing firmly into position. Additionally, pin through the bar while the adhesive sets to hold it in place.
H05 comes in 2.2m only. Typically you’ll get two standard stair treads out of one 2.2m length. Meanwhile, the full waterproof vinyl stair nosing range covers over 60 colours if Woburn Sand is not the right match. Furthermore, if a nosing that wraps over the tread and down the riser face is needed, the L-shape profile handles it instead.
